Maxlink OMD Communications is a media and educational management consulting firm. It was incorporated with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2011 but officially started operations in 2016. As part of official focus, Maxlink OMD Communications established an online platform (www.weteach.com.ng) that reports news and events happening in and around educational sectors across Africa and connects educational organizations to relevant applicants (teachers, school administrators, principals, security personnel, minders, cleaner, secretary, office assistant, food vendors, bursars etc) willing to be employed by an educational organization.
As part of our services, Maxlink OMD Communications has provided training services to National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) Ogun and Lagos States Chapters.
The online platform serves as a viable alternative that provides a swift response to the dire need of teaching and non-teaching staff of educational organizations in Nigeria. The implication of this platform is that in less than 5 days, schools can get a competent and qualified replacement for vacant positions in their organizations.
- To bridge the gap between teachers and schools.
- To bring fulfillment to the educational need of people at grassroots levels.
To grow to a world-class online platform that connects educational organizations with most qualified and professional tutors and other relevant staff.
Many years back, about four decades ago, it was nearly impossible for me to communicate in English Language. The experience largely became part of what formed the inferiority complex that I had to seriously battle with during my teenage age. I had no privilege of attending a contemporary private school during my time but I managed to graduate from a government school, after I was expelled from one for truancy that lasted three years. This also accounts for my awkward handwriting, I strongly believe. I battled with inferiority complex and spoke in vernacular most of the time.
